Molybdenum-lanthanum alloy Introduction

Molybdenum-lanthanum alloy (MoLa), also known as high-temperature molybdenum, is a molybdenum alloy that is doped with rare earth lanthanum elements to improve the high-temperature performance and other properties of molybdenum. In order to improve the high-temperature performance and working life of pure molybdenum used as a high-temperature material, doping molybdenum with rare earths such as lanthanum can increase the recrystallization temperature of the material from 1000 to 1100°C for molybdenum to 1500 to 1600°C. Its 20°C tensile strength The strength can reach 1400Mpa, which is reflected in the material’s creep resistance greatly increasing during use, thereby greatly expanding the use range and service life of molybdenum materials at high temperatures. At the same time, molybdenum rare earth alloys such as molybdenum cerium and molybdenum lanthanum not only have better high-temperature properties than pure molybdenum, but also have better electron emission properties, thus finding applications in the electronic information industry.

 

ZhenAn can mass produce molybdenum-lanthanum alloy plates, molybdenum-lanthanum alloy rods and various parts with a lanthanum oxide content of 0.8%-1.2%. The size and precision it can achieve are the same as pure molybdenum products.

 

Molybdenum-lanthanum oxide is creep resistant even under service conditions. We mainly process this type of molybdenum alloy into high-temperature furnace components, such as vacuum furnace heat shields, sintering and annealing boats, strands or evaporator coils, warm furnace components such as heating elements, heat shields, material racks, containers, etc.
