1. 0.2mm tungsten wire:

High temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, good toughness, bright surface

2. 0.25 straightened tungsten wire:

WB001 has good winding performance and does not sag. It is suitable for ordinary incandescent lamps, double-helix or triple-helix fluorescent lamps, holiday lights, bracket wires, etc.

WB150 has good high temperature resistance and excellent processing performance. It is suitable for halogen lamps, spiral incandescent lamps, etc.

WB584 has high recrystallization temperature and good high-temperature sag resistance. It is suitable for special lamps such as shock-resistant filaments and high color temperature filaments.

use:

1. Manufacturing electric light sources and electric vacuum parts;

2. Used as high-temperature heating element and high-temperature structural parts;

3. Used to make tungsten spirals for vacuum evaporation;

Appearance:

The surface of the tungsten wire is coated with graphite emulsion, which is relatively uniform black. When the graphite emulsion is removed, it becomes metallic luster.
